About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of aurrumcareers.com and to the career support services offered by Aurrum Careers, including the 15 Days free trial. By using our website or submitting any of our forms, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

Our services

Aurrum Careers provides personalised career support. Depending on your plan, this can include:

• career counselling, job search strategy, skill gap identification and professional positioning advice
• a tailored CV and cover letter, LinkedIn profile enhancement and portfolio building
• quality job applications, mock interviews, interview support and network connection
• candidate checklist and application support through our recruitment team

We are not an employer, and we are not a job board. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or a particular outcome. Results depend on many things outside our control, including your experience, the market, employers’ decisions and your eligibility to work.

15 Days free trial

• The trial gives you 15 days to explore our support so you can decide whether it suits you.
• It is free. We will not ask for payment details to start it.
• The trial is for one person, and we may limit it to one trial per person. We can decline or end a trial if we believe it is being misused.
• The scope of support during the trial is set by us and explained when you start.
• Any paid service will be agreed with you separately, in writing, before you are charged.

Your responsibilities

• Give us information that is accurate, complete and up to date, especially your education, work history and visa or right to work details.
• Tell us promptly if your details or status change.
• Only upload documents that belong to you or that you have permission to share.
• Do not submit anything that is false, misleading, unlawful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Do not upload files that contain viruses or harmful code, and do not attempt to access parts of the website or our systems that you are not authorised to use.
• Keep any login details we give you confidential.

Visa, immigration and employment information

We use the visa and right to work details you give us to look for roles you may be eligible for. We are not a law firm and are not immigration advisers. Nothing we say is legal or immigration advice. Employers decide whether to sponsor or hire, and you are responsible for checking your own right to work with the relevant authority or a qualified adviser.

CVs, applications and third parties

We may help you prepare your CV, cover letter and applications and may submit applications on your behalf, but only with your agreement. You are responsible for the content you approve. We share your documents with an employer or recruiter only for roles you have agreed to. We are not responsible for an employer’s decisions, conduct, job descriptions or hiring process.

Your content and our content

You keep ownership of the documents and information you give us. You give us permission to use them, store them and share them as needed to provide our services and as described in our Privacy Policy.

The website, its design, text, graphics, logos and brand names belong to Aurrum Careers or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the website and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, sell or modify our content without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website. Staff-only areas such as the BDE Login and Portal are restricted to authorised team members.
